Forensic architects of
social behaviour.
At the heart of Neil Fogarty Research lies a team united by core values that shape each action and decision.
Neil Fogarty Research is led by a small senior team with long experience in deep psychology, organisational behaviour, ethics and culture work. Each engagement is designed and run by people who have spent years in real organisations, not just in slideware - across sectors including banking & financial services, manufacturing, petrochemicals, public sector and technology.
What sets the practice apart is the way that experience is used: as a critical friend to boards and executives, combining behavioural science, culture data and lived operational understanding. The aim is always collaborative, long-term relationships, where difficult findings can be spoken plainly and turned into practical moves rather than left as reports.
Around the UK core sits a small network of associates in the Middle East and a partner firm active in the GCC and USA. They are brought in where local context or specialist domain depth genuinely strengthens the work, while overall design and accountability stay with the core team - keeping the work consistent with our principles.
