Neil has been involved in intrapreneurial activities since 1989 – continually asking ‘why-?’ and ‘what if-?’ in multinational corporations and SMEs. Since 2012 he has been writing, speaking, advising and consulting on intrapreneurship in both the public and private sector including introducing commercial awareness through game-based workshops, gamified elearning and mentoring.

As an intrapreneur consultant, his experience includes:

Delivery of masterclasses to board members, management forums and teams; mentoring board members in organizational health (leadership capability, employee engagement, communications, win-win culture, etc.); mentoring intrapreneurs as they negotiate their way; coaching and mentoring heads of transformation.
